What activities set your soul on fire?




  • Going for walks with a hot coffee in hand (very important) whilst listening to a podcast

  • Bullshitting with my husband- making fun of movies or tv shows and making each other laugh

  • Getting in a good workout

  • Finding the sweet spot in a writing project where everything has aligned just right after much trial and error and editing and fricking deleting.

  • Shopping for MYSELF and finding clothing pieces or furnishings that match my vibe and aesthetic

  • Eating delicious food

  • A good cup of coffee and a blank sheet of paper
