What do you have too much of?
Two words JUNK. FOOD. I know what my body needs. It needs movement, water, rest, and good fuel. I go through phases where I take care of myself physically and try to be active and eat well. And then I quickly relapse and fall into gross habits of drinking coca-colas every night (sometimes two!) or eating spoonfuls and spoonfuls of peanut butter or a sleeve too many of cookies or crackers.
